BEAUTY VOUCHERS - TERMS & CONDITIONS

• This offer is open to UK residents aged 18 or over.
• The voucher entitles 1 person to the beauty treatment as described.
• To book your beauty treatment simply telephone your local club to book; full contact details are available at www.spirithealthclubs.co.uk
• The beauty voucher entitles the holder to use the facilities in their chosen club free of charge, with the exception of studio classes and crèche facilities.
• To take up the booking at least 14 days notice must be given; all bookings are subject to availability.
• When booking please quote that your voucher was purchased through our ‘Spirit On-line Shop’.
• The voucher must be used within 3 months of purchase.
• This voucher may not be used in conjunction with any other voucher offer, promotion or special offer.
• If for any reason the voucher holders are refused permission to enter a Spirit Health Club then no alternative will be offered.
• It is the responsibility of the voucher holder to ensure that they have taken adequate medical precautions before using facilities.
• A minimum of 48 hours notice is required to cancel your appointment.
• If the required cancellation is not given the voucher will be deemed void.
• Cancellation of more than 48 hours will result in rescheduling of your booking, subject to availability.
• Only one re-schedule will be allowed; a second cancellation will result in the voucher being deemed void.
• Vouchers that have been photocopied, altered or damaged will not be accepted.
• Gift vouchers are non-refundable.
